Originally from Grand Rapids, MI, he moved throughout his childhood due to his father’s career, living in Pittsburgh, PA, and Chicago, IL, which exposed him to diverse communities while keeping family connections strong.
His interest in finance began early, inspired by his father’s guidance and the lessons of Rich Dad Poor Dad, teaching him the importance of investing, building assets, and achieving financial independence. This foundation shaped Grant’s career and philosophy: serving as a valued source of financial guidance for others.
Grant attended Michigan State University and is the youngest of three brothers. He played high school football, contributing to a state championship, and learned teamwork, perseverance, and integrity from both sports and his father, a former University of Michigan football player. He maintains an active lifestyle, enjoying golf, powerlifting, and the outdoors, while cherishing time with friends and family, traveling, and embracing experiences that reflect his love for community, connection, and adventure.
